RETURNS

All sales are considered final. However, returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of .

B4 Development.

Requests for a return or exchange must be submitted in writing within 15  days of receipt of the product and must include proof of purchase. Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on, but not limited to, product condition, usage, customization, and the nature of the request.

 

If a return or exchange is approved:

 

• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise determined by B4 Development.

• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment, less any applicable fees.

• Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

 

Custom, special-order, or modified products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by law.

 

B4 Development reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet these criteria.
